If like me you are a keen average age grouper who loves Triathlons but is not a natural swimmer then this is for you. 
My swimming struggles from low catch, sinky legs (I blame my average cycling legs) and general poor form, then this product is for you!
After 2 months my average Ironman pace swim was 2.00 minutes per 100m. I've now got this distance down to 1.45 per 100m. 
Now you may look at that and think well 15 seconds is nothing but it can make a big difference per 100m over a 4000m swim.

Yes. To be able to train efficiently and effectively, whenever it suits you, the ZEN8 Swim Trainer is an essential tool  to help you reach your goals with our training plans.

Which training plan should I take?

Our most popular training plan is the PREMIUM: ZEN8 / BMC Swim Training Plan. At a cost of less than £3 / week this is definitely the best value.
It's designed to help any level of swimmer to become faster, stronger and more confident in the water!
With over 6 months of content and structured workouts waiting for you.

The ZEN8 / BMC 8 Week Plan offers the same structured workouts but without the weekly full video sessions, tip n tricks and other bonuses. 

If you choose the PREMIUM+ you'll get access to everything in the PREMIUM version + a video analysis on both the ZEN8 Swim Trainer and water.

What can you offer that I cannot get with other swim training plans?

The ZEN8/BMC training plan is unique in that it offers both swim-training at home and at the pool.

What if I can only go to the pool once per week?

The plan contains additional sessions that can be done if you are unable to get into the pool. For many triathletes, obtaining pool time can be difficult and often means that they miss out on key sessions. This plan has been specifically designed to make sure that you can get the most out of yourself regardless of your commitments outside of the sport.

How many hours a week does the plan take up? 

What would normally take you 6.5 hours per week you can now pull off in about 2 hours per week.
By using the ZEN8 Swim Trainer at home before a bike ride or just after waking up you will save time and effort getting back and forth to the pool. 

Each session on the swim trainer is between 15 - 40 minutes depending on what level you are going for.

Can I move the workouts around?

The training plan includes very detailed sessions. Each week has particular sessions for you to work through. However, they can be moved around to best suit your mood and commitments. 

Do you have different levels for different level swimmers?

Yes. The plans has workouts specific to your level, from beginner to PRO. 

Start with the FREE 2-Week Intro Plan that is great for learning the basics and welcome to all levels. 
From there you’ll have over 6 months of structured plans + weekly video sessions that fits around your level, mood and time.
